The “Score” series utilize multiple simultaneous frequencies.  They transmit (and receive) multiple radio frequencies into the soil and analyze those signals to return identification of the target.  This is most beneficial when hunting on beaches or heavily mineralized areas.  Do multiple frequency detectors “go deeper”?  Well, honestly, that depends.  If your soil is “good” sometimes a single frequency may go deeper (depending on the metal and the operating frequency of the detector)  Is that confusing enough?
