30-Day No Worry Return Requirements:
- Most of our products are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase.*
- Be aware…any purchase must be returned unopened. The product cannot be returned if opened oir used in any way. You must also include any accessories or bonus gear unopened.
- Your return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if the product has not been opened or used.
- You will pay any shipping charges.
- Once we receive your return, allow us 10 days to process your order.
Defective Returns:
If you believe you have a defective item, please contact us at 336-355-0802 within 2 days of receipt for a replacement and/or per the manufacturer’s individual replacement policies.
If notification is after 2 days, you must return the defective merchandise to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
